During World War II Bulgaria was bombed.
One of those bombs fell next to Sofia Cemetery.
This bomb created a very large crater.
In 1945 communist killed Prince Kiril and members of the Royal court by the crater.
Bodies were thrown in the crater and covered.
It is one very large mass grave.
After communism was over memorial was put.
These pictures are of the memorial over the grave.
